Premier Mist have successfully completed the installation of their DualMIST™ system to the prestigious Kings Road Care Home in St Albans.  The property is owned by the Santuary Housing Group and was built to exacting standards by Berkeley Homes.  Premier Mist were engaged by Berkeley homes via Renelec, one of their approved contractors, who were impressed from the outset by Premier Mists commitment to the project.  Renelec are a significant mechanical and electrical services provider, operating mainly in the South of England.  

The project was managed by their Vince Daly who stated that:

"Premier Mist worked extremely well on the project, their installation was executed in a professional, efficient and effective manner and were completed ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail in regard to testing and particularly the finishing and commissioning of the works was excellent."

Premier Mist most recently installed the DualMIST™ low pressure water mist system in the New Kingsway School development in Gloucestershire. The new facility will officially open in September 2013 to meet the increasing demand for local school pupil places.
Premier Mist where appointed late into the construction phase of the scheme by Speller Metcalfe Construction via the appointed mechanical and electrical contractor Axiom. This necessitated fast action by the Premier Mist team, to ensure that program restraints were met in a timely manner.  Speller Metcalfe's lead engineer stated that:

"We appointed Premier Mist at short notice. They attended site within several hours of appointment, assessed the site and commenced works almost immediately providing detailed and coordinated designs in less than a week. Pipe work was installed quickly and efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. The works are due to conclude shortly and both Axiom and the main contractor are very impressed by the quality and commitment evident throughout the Premier Mist team."
