Our state of the art manufacturing facilities produce primarily system proprietary components, which are tested and certified prior to installation.  Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with multiple sliding head and 5^th axis machine tools which have sufficient versatility to provide a range of subcontract services to assist our customers both within and outside the fire protection industry.



Our services offer generally the following:

 

• We operate the latest in Citizen CNC sliding head lathing technology and specialise in the operation of Citizen CNC sliding head lathes.
• We offer a total machine solution including CNC milling and CNC turning up to 12" in diameter. 
• We uitlise a neat oil system which means that we experience low tool wear and tear and high repeat ability.
• We have onsite a number of Nakamura and Doosan CNC lathes which are all geared with face and side tooling.
